BUG EVO TOTY BLUEPRINT. COMPLETE DISREGARD, ZERO COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My 94-rated Endrick is missing the Finesse Shot+ Playstyle Plus after the 1,000 FC Points // 500,000 coins TOTY EVO.
What happens when the bug occurs? My 94-rated Endrick only has 2 Playstyles Plus, missing the Finesse Shot+ Playstyle Plus after the 1,000 FC Points // 500,000 coins TOTY EVO. He was supposed to have 3 Playstyles Plus after the EVO, as promised by you (Finesse Shot+, Rapid+, First Touch+)
What should be happening instead? My Endrick was supposed to have 3 Playstyles Plus after the TOTY Evo (Finesse Shot+, Rapid+, First Touch+).

It is simply unacceptable the complete disregard EA Sports is showing towards an issue that is affecting so many players, as seen in posts on this site. I completed the “TOTY Blueprint” evolution, spending 1,000 FC Points to upgrade the player Endrick. The game indicated that, by the end of the evolution, he would have 3 Playstyles Plus — Rapid+, First Touch+, and Finesse Shot+ — something widely known by the Ultimate Team community and which I have documented with a screenshot.

However, after claiming the final level of the evolution, I was shocked to see that my player did not receive the Finesse Shot+ Playstyle Plus. In other words, he only ended up with 2 out of the 3 promised Playstyles Plus, which clearly contradicts what was presented. I demand that you make the necessary adjustment immediately by adding the Finesse Shot+ Playstyle Plus to my Endrick, as promised during the evolution.

The fact that this issue, which is being widely reported by other players, is being ignored is a complete lack of respect. While you respond to less significant issues, we, who spend real money on the game or coins that took weeks of gameplay to earn in your game, are being left in the dark. This behavior is disgraceful and demonstrates a total lack of commitment to the players who keep this game alive.

We are demanding the bare minimum: a clear response and an immediate solution. Ignoring this issue only reinforces the contempt you seem to have for your customers. The community’s patience is running out, and your reputation is collapsing along with it. We are not asking; we are demanding that you deliver on what was promised.
