Bug "Highlighter" / Highlights cant be saved

For many weeks now I have been struggling with a bug that I simply cannot fix: I can no longer save game highlights (X-Bos Series S). Whether in the middle of the game or afterwards. Watching the highlight still works, but after clicking on “Record” (and the 3-second countdown) I always get the same error message (see attached picture):
The Online-Connection works and even when I check the connection to the EA servers or the network settings (“Everything is OK”): nothing unusual (see Screenshot attached).
Unfortunately, switching the console on and off and reconnecting to the WLAN did not help. The error has persisted for about four weeks. Before that, saving the highlights worked, as did uploading and sharing.
