It is simply unacceptable the complete disregard that EA Sports is showing towards this issue that is directly affecting so many customers. The fact that you ignore the countless complaints while responding to irrelevant issues as if nothing is happening is a complete disrespect.
This behavior is disgraceful and makes it clear that you have no commitment to the customers who trust (or trusted) your services. It’s a slap in the face to see such a lack of transparency and absence of any sense of responsibility.
We are not asking for favors; we are demanding the minimum: a clear response and immediate action to resolve the issue. Your silence and indifference only show how disconnected you are from reality and the impact this is causing.
