Bugged Evolution, stats not updated - Power Surge

The EA connect button is stopping me playing fifa RT for sprint brings up the EA connect menu and I can't find anyway to get rid of it. I have tried restarting console it wont go away. Which means I cant sprint in any game as it just brings up the friends menu instead.

Hi all, I can't sprint on my keyboard. I tried any button (E, leftshift, etc.) . I am fed up with this. Please help ASAP.

Hello, I've put my Ezri Konsa through Sprint Supreme and the Club Member Reward evolutions but I don't seem to have gained the pace boost from the Club Member Reward evolution. I've attached a screenshot of his ingame stats from the game and a link to fut.gg with what he should look like

Hello, I'm on PS5, I completed this Evolution more than 48 hours ago and the player has yet to recieve the boosted stats. 

It's supposed to be +10 to acceleration and +10 to sprint speed and neither have been applied, despite the card showing the evo as completed and claiming it in the evo's tab. 

I literally had the same issue, I used Konsa and completed sprint supreme and then club member reward eco but the pace hasn't gone to the correct value

I added Hojlund to the "Intro to Stat Limits" evolution, completed it, and he upgraded as expected. Then, I placed him in the "Power Surge" evolution, finished it, and he upgraded as expected. Lastly, I entered him into the "Ultimate Edition Evolution", completed it, and he did upgrade, but not in all stats. His pace, shooting, passing, defending, and physicality received the correct upgrades. However, his dribbling remained at 82, missing the expected +3 increase to 85, and his overall rating stayed at 82 instead of increasing by +2 to 84.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I evolved Joe Gomez with power surge and then with club member reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? He stays at an 82 rating with 86 pace when he should go to an 84 rating with 89 pace
What should be happening instead? He should go to an 84 rating

My Joe Gomez card should be 84 rated afyer doing the power surge evolution and the club member reward evolution but he stayed at an 82.

I completed 3 evolutions on Emmanuel Latte Lath which were intro to stats, power surge and ultimate edition evolution in that order. The game showed he should have had 85 dribbling and 81 shooting after the full evolution was completed but he has 82 dribbling and 77 shooting after completing the final evolution. I wouldn’t have completed these evolutions if these were the stats he would have after completing the evolutions.
