Can’t edit or access team sheets menu or play kickoff with edited squads

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go To Edit Teams tab on the main menu after you have transferred a player from the lineup of one team to another.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. Can’t edit team sheets after transferring a player to a new team. Players can’t be moved into different positions or team roles edited. 2. If you save and upload an edited squad, you can’t even access the Edit Teams menu. A black screen just pops up and the game force quits to the main xbox dashboard. 3. If you try to play a kickoff match with an edited squad, the game screen freezes when you select kits and force quits to the xbox dashboard.
What should be happening instead? 1. You should be able to transfer and edit squads, team sheets, tactics freely. 2. You should be able to go into a team sheets or edit teams menus without the game freezing and restarting. 3. You should be able to play kickoff matches with edited squads and not have it freeze and restart the whole game before you event start the match.
