Cannot change RBs and CDMs positions to CBs

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into the manager career, then the development plan, then the RB or CDM player and the position change tab. After going into it, the list of available positions lacks a Center Back.
What happens when the bug occurs? After entering the development plan tab and then changing position, no Right-Backs(RB) or Central Defensive Midfielder(CDM) can change position to Center Back(CB). This problem does not occur with all other players, however, unfortunately, it occurs with players who are Right-Backs and Defensive Midfielders.
What should be happening instead? It should be possible for a right-back or CDM to move into a centre-back position, like all other players.

Manager Career Mode
