Can't customise my Pro on Clubs
For weeks now, I can't customise my pro on clubs, I can only change tattoos / add eye masks, No other customisation works, I'm just stuck with a bald pro...

Damn I have the same problem, this is so annoying brother
already deletes the character but it always imports this character from the cloud again which you can't change, come on EA do something
same, the same face, can't do none
I had this problem too and just managed to fix it, I deleted my clubs settings in Settings -> Profile, then I went to open clubs and removed my ethernet cable after clicking to open clubs. This resulted in it failing to find clubs data and me being able to create a new pro from scratch with access to all customisations. Hope it helps you all
can u elaborate a bit more, i need an ethernet cable then i take it out when i open clubs?
I wish this worked, as it seemed likely, however upon removing the Ethernet cable and thus the internet connection, it just takes you back to the Home Screen without entering clubs
