Can't customise my Pro on Clubs
For weeks now, I can't customise my pro on clubs, I can only change tattoos / add eye masks, No other customisation works, I'm just stuck with a bald pro...

I had this bug too, but the comment above here worked. you need to time the ethernet cable put it back in when it says create a new player then it works thank u
Okay so what did you do to get this to work? I get to the create new avatar screen, plug my Ethernet cable back into my PC, continue to start making my player again then get the error message saying that I couldn’t connect to EA servers and takes me back to the home page, opening clubs again gives me the bugged player again
maybe he means put ethernet cable in when that happens??
Of course, that’s what I did, once the option to create a new player appears I put the Ethernet cable back in, but wether I wait on that screen, or click on the option to create a new player, after about 5/10 seconds I get the message that couldn’t connect to servers and it kicks me out of clubs and back to the same issue
mine doesnt kick me out of clubs but it does just keep saying imported which i so aggravating
