Can't customise my Pro on Clubs
For weeks now, I can't customise my pro on clubs, I can only change tattoos / add eye masks, No other customisation works, I'm just stuck with a bald pro...

maybe he means put ethernet cable in when that happens??
Of course, that’s what I did, once the option to create a new player appears I put the Ethernet cable back in, but wether I wait on that screen, or click on the option to create a new player, after about 5/10 seconds I get the message that couldn’t connect to servers and it kicks me out of clubs and back to the same issue
mine doesnt kick me out of clubs but it does just keep saying imported which i so aggravating
So I’ve tried this suggestion more than 30 times, successfully failing to load my avatar then taking me to create a new character, but while my Ethernet is connecting again I get an error saying unable to connect to the EA servers and get kicked out of clubs only to try again and the same thing happens. What did you guys do differently on this suggestion that stopped you from getting kicked out of clubs? It’s starting to infuriate me because it’s been like this for more than a month now and EA doesn’t seem to care
I know same here man, i think that you just have to do it then if it doesn't work reconnect by doing right stick then doing it again but there was this one time where it did take a while for it to import my bald ugly dude so maybe there is a way but its like a really hardly timed thing to do. Its the only thing i can imagine.
