Can't customise my Pro on Clubs
For weeks now, I can't customise my pro on clubs, I can only change tattoos / add eye masks, No other customisation works, I'm just stuck with a bald pro...

@Kotsolis547 I finnally did it follow the steps like i told you. First you need to delete clubs profile. And next step, open the clubs wait untill eror that its we cloudnt find avatar. That moment unplug the cable and wait until new avatar shows up. That moment you gonna plug back. Its all about timing just try couple time it will work
Yeah I get to the new avatar creation page, I plug my cable back into my PC, click on advance to create the player then 10 seconds later I get an error saying can’t connect to EA servers and kicks me out of clubs and issue continues, same happens if I don’t click advance to new pro creation and stay on that page. Idk what I’m doing differently because I’m doing the exact same thing as explained lol. I don’t get an error about my avatar BEFORE unplugging my cable, only if I unplug it while it says it is importing
So I did just try again, step by step, and exact same thing happens, I get into the customisation screen to create the new pro, and a few seconds later “couldn’t connect to the EA servers” and kicks me out of clubs
it might be my mistake cause i didnt tell that: when the new avatar screen comes you need to aply fast as you can when you plug it back the cable. when you do that new avatar will confirm from ea and after you will connect with your new random avatar. after that you can costumise. let me now if its works if not connect me from ea ill help yu
