What happens when the bug occurs? Try to load up ultimate team on console, web app and companion app and can't get in
What should be happening instead? Get in to ultimate team
Yesterday after completing an evolution I didn’t get given the final version. After this I backed out of ultimate team and tried to get back in which I couldn’t do. The message “connecting to ultimate team isn’t possible at this time” comes up. I tried logging in on web app and companion app and that doesn’t work either. I am however able to connect to other things such as pro clubs, just ultimate team that I can’t get into. After contacting EA support I got told that it is a known issue and to just wait. However, it has been 24 hours since and still nothing has changed. Desperately need help to resolve this very annoying issue.
