Can't modify players positions in formations

Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Settings -> Edit Teams -> Team Sheets -> Tactics, there is no option to manually change a player's position. In all the FC games so far i was able to manually change a player's position and place him higher, lower, left or right. Now i don't see any such option.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing, there's no option to move players.
What should be happening instead? I shoud be able to move players around

The formations are too strict! We should be able to modify player's starting positions.
