Cant play club rush with friend

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure NEED HELP
What happens when the bug occurs? Me and my 2 best friends have been playing me and one of my friends play rush together all time no issue what so ever. on the other hand when my other friend is in our lobby or just me and him or just them together we cant load into matches but he is able to find a match alone. We have tried disabling his cross play and did the setting for location matching making he still can not find a game when trying to load in with us in his party and its only on club rush!!! every time we try it says cant find opponents but it is only when he is in the lobby with us Every other game mode works
What should be happening instead? we should be able to load into the match as a party
