Cant receive divison rival rewards

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I log in the web companion at 9:00. And the season got reset. In the mean time i reveived an error message saying that there where no rival rewards. It was division 2 single and updated rewards (45 weekly points)
What happens when the bug occurs? Error message.
What should be happening instead? Receive my division rival rewards
