Career Mode - European Draws/Group stage bug

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to a new career mode save, and start a career mode with a team in any European competition.
What happens when the bug occurs? The European set up is totally random in the new draw. You can be drawn against teams from your own league already, and even be drawn against yourself. Another user said: "I didn't draw myself, but I had 3 Romas in the league stage for some reason, but in the table they got consolidated into one entity. So Roma had 24 (I think less, because at least once two Romas played each other) games, while two other teams had 0 games. After the league stage everything was fine"
What should be happening instead? The draw should not allow you to draw yourself, and not repeatedly. It should work like the real-life UEFA draw.
