Career Mode Bugs

In Manager Career mode in FC25 i encountered following issues:

if the first transferwindow is disabled the complete scouting menu does not appear, even the Transfer Menu cant be seen. In the squad hub you cant set players on the transfer or loan list.

In game, the wistle of the ref does not sound, if a foul or anything happens you only feel the controller vibrating.

sometime in the youthtournaments you cant sprint, every time you hold R2 the EA Friends menu oppens
