How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Career Mode -> Squad Hub -> Development Plan
What happens when the bug occurs? Players developing to 5 star skill move and weak foots. Sometimes a glitch also occurs where it doesn't notify that these stats are growing when they are, typically happens when changing a players position which requires a WF/SM upgrade
What should be happening instead? I should be able to turn on/off skill move and weak foot development.

If I want to grow my centre back as a ballplaying defender I don't want him to have 5 star skill moves after 2 months of sim, it's not realistic and if I can't make a realistic career mode what am I here for.
