Career mode failing to load

Whenever I try to load a career mode it comes up with the career name failed to load. Followed by retry and cancel, no matter how many times you press retry or try to load the game again it repeats the failed to load message. 

I have tried a few different fixes such as deleting game data, squad updates etc. switching accounts, restarting Xbox and restarting game. But the issue still repeats
