Career Mode Players already developed to 90+ rating don't gain playstyle+

Career mode players that have been developed to 90+ rated prior to the patch that allows all players to develop a play style plus do not develop them. In my career I developed garnacho and camavinga to 90 and 91 respectively but they did not develop a play style plus (camavinga developed to 91 from 90 after the patch and still did not develop one). However players that were below 90 rated managed to develop their play style plus (for reference mainoo and Palmer did so).
