Career Mode: Players not developing properly
This is PS5 btw. Setting it to normal or whatever the usual rate is doesnt seem to work very well for the senior squad. It takes 24 weeks to have a 19 year old gain a level and 5 weeks for a 31 year...

Match XP is not working at all if its supposed to... my GK has played nearly every match and his match XP is Poor... how?
This whole system of development for players is broken. Before they developed too quickly or not at all, not they dont develop at all or way too slowly even for younger players who should be developing faster.
AND many players cannot be converted to one of their secondary positions... it takes 200 weeks when it says RM next to their name as a secondary position? That's absurd.
AND most players dont even have the option to become CDMs! The option isnt there.
