Career mode Sim Bug

Anyone else get this? While in a manager career mode game. You sim the match, not quick sim but you watching the game happen and making adjustments, just not playing the game. You pause the game and go into team management to make some changes and the changes won’t set, you can’t back out of the menu, you’re stuck at the team management window and you can’t make any changes or leave. The only solution is to close the game.
