Since last 2 weeks my FC25 freezes at random moments. It freezes on the menu screen, freezes while I play a match and sometimes freezes the moment I try to scroll through different game modes. This is ridiculous, this game is expensive and I need a fix. Here’s a list of things that I have done:
* deleted fc25 and redownloaded
* updated fc25
*updated ps5 console
*plugged out AC chord to clear cache
*deleted over 200GB worth of game storage
*given the ps5 a one week break
*sent the error report each time issue happens
*restarted my WiFi router
I have tried to contact ea sports and PlayStation to no avail. Please help. Here are the error codes that I have received:
