I have the same issue on PS5 since the game was released.
There is no steps that I haven't tried, including reinstalling the game, to rebuilding PS5 database and hard-resetting PS5 (Which includes totally formatting the console)
It happens in every single FUT match, soon or later. I haven't tried other game modes as I only play FUT.
I don't know when and how it's gonna be solved, but as long as this problem exists, the game is unplayable.
PS5 Error Code: CE-108255-1 (Which is an error code that relates to the game, not the console itself)
