Changing team sheet before or in match doesn't always save

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Change the team sheet right before the match starts in the screen just before you click start match in a tournament. Change the tactic and swap some players from other positions. Click save and return to the previous view. Click edit team management again and some players will be in entirely different positions altogether. Same happens when you change the tactics during a match. Especially when the ball is currently not in play and you enter team management. Sometimes I have to change the tactics several times before it finally saves. If I swap the position of a player at the same time as changing the tactic, leaving team management and then going back in right away will have me see that it did not save my changes at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? Changing the tactics and swap players before or during the match should always save. I don't want to have to open and close the menu during a match a thousand times just to check that my tactic change worked. When I click save team management I want to rely on the BASIC!!!! functionality that it actually saves.
What should be happening instead? It should save my changes!
And on a more important note of what should be happening instead: You should test your games before you release them and fix those obvious bugs before the game comes out. Have some of your top managers actually play it. They get enough money, I'm sure they can find 5 minutes. Doesn't take longer to find bugs in this game.
