ea live chat mate
onto them again now, if you talk to them don’t sign into your account to talk to them
Talk to them as a guest
by signing into an account to talk to them actually blocks the ea live chat, probably another way for ea to try and ignore their customers
Everyone needs to talk to them and give them a mare so they do something, the live chat takes 30 mins tops
Sad thing is right now all they suggest is i write on forums
But they simply don’t care
As you suggested all they care about is ultimate team as it is the money maker
But hopefully more complaints forces them to do something
It appears a portion of this bug is on EA’s radar and a Trello post can be found here.
Is there anyone from EA on these forums that can update this to include my information above?
Happy to see a fix is in the way
But the post only shows that they are identify the 4-2-3-1 problem with the LB
There are a few problems in several other formations too
Hopefully the fix they do will fix even formation and every position affected in it

It looks like you all are impacted by the issue mentioned in the Trello EA SPORTS FC.
The trello mention the 4-2-3-1 formation but it looks like the issue is happening to other formations such as 4-4-1-1, 4-3-3 Attack, 5-2-1-2, 4-1-2-1-2 narrow.
