Clubs AI teammates faces not saving (real money spent, now lost)

- AI Player Editing: How many AI players are you editing? Is it just one, or all of them?

I've had issues occur when just editing one and multiple over the past few years. Every position/player doesn't properly save every feature (some things may be accurate, with many things not).
- Faces and Accessories: Are there specific faces or accessories that seem to cause problems? Please describe them.

Personally I've had problems with facial features more than anything. Accessories (gloves tape, etc.) will save and appear in-game, but facial structure, structure of the lips, eyes, skin color, hair, etc. don't properly show up while in game. I don't believe there are any issues saving this year (within the menus), as the details look accurate when leaving the edit a player screen (the preview while looking at AI squad members), which used to be an issue even just last year - the changes made to an AI player wouldn't even properly save in the menus. Now it simply doesn't save/appear while in a game.
- Accessories Impact: Do the issues occur when no accessories are equipped?

I personally haven't noticed a difference. The issue with overall appearances of the AI not saving occurs regardless of if accessories are equipped or not.
- Club Members' Experience: Are all users in your club experiencing the issue, or is it limited to some?

Yes, everyone is experiencing this. Visually the changes are not saving/showing up while we are in a game. I spent ~30 minutes going into extreme detail on the facial structure and appearance of just one AI player, just for it to look nothing like what I saved when we headed into a game. This has been a major issue within clubs for many years now.
- Purchased Items: Does the problem only arise when using purchased items?

No. Even most of the basics don't work. Something as simple as skin color or hairstyle won't properly save and display on the player in-game. Trying to take advantage of the new in-depth customization options is a waste of time at the moment. Altering the structure of the face using the sculpting feature doesn't save - at least from my experience.
- Consistency: Is the issue happening 100% of the time? If so, did it ever work correctly? Was anything equipped between the time it worked and when it stopped?

It is an extremely common occurrence. Some things will save, but majority of key facial features never do. It's a shame too because I've seen so many talented individuals create accurate portrayals of well-known individuals using the in-depth customization for these players. If I can get some screenshots to showcase the difference between what's shown in game vs. what I have saved in the menus, I'll upload them, but unsure of when that'll be.

- Accessories Impact: it Occurs both with and with out accessories.
- Club Members' Experience: ALL of us.
- Purchased Items: With both default and purchased Items.

Here's my initial bug report on this, plus related issues:

What happens when the bug occurs? 1: AI Avatars that I've edited the faces of, all end up looking Chinese, I think it's replacing all the characters I've used advanced slider on with one of the preset faces. 2: Depending on formation, half your AI are in the wrong positions, CDMs at LR/RB, CAMs at CM, CMs at CDM, 3: When using hairs with physics and transparency, under stadium lighting they often look entire blown out colour-wise, looking pale, shiny grey, or jet black, when they should be Blonde.
What should be happening instead? 1: They should look like the faces I made. 2: The players should be in the correct positions. 3: The hair colour should be consistent.

Happens to every ai, every player can’t see them, any accessories. 

Happens with unpurchased items and happens 100% of the time
