Delete the Club's Profile:
- Access the club’s profile in the settings and delete it.
Open Clubs :
- After deleting the profile, you can proceed to open ‘clubs’ again.
Wait for the "Couldn't Find Avatar" Error:
- Look for the error, "We couldn't find the avatar" or something similar.
Unplug your Ethernet Cable / DC from network:
- As soon as the error appears, quickly disconnect from the internet (it’s really about timing, you may have to do it a couple times to get it correct).
Wait for the New Avatar to Appear:
- The ability to create a new avatar should eventually show up while disconnected.
Plug the Cable Back In:
- Once the new avatar customization is displayed, reconnect to the internet immediately
It seems like the bug is linked to the imported avatar. So you have to essentially stop the import by disconnecting from the internet and then reconnect to save once you have the ability to create a new avatar. This worked for me on PC. Hope this helps!
