Clubs pro's stuck on same face and hair unable to customize

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? On pro customization for clubs,i am unable customize my pro's looks except for eye colour. ı can change boots, jersey fit accesories etc. but my characters face and hair is unchangable ı tried verifiying game files and reinstalled but the same problem persist. Even when ı change my pro gender his face remains the same with the ''neck'' model sticking out of the kit. I was able to customize fully at first time ı played but now ı am facing this problem. Reinstalling the game restarting my pc and verifiying game files didnt help.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to fully customize my clubs pro.
