Clubs win didn’t register in fc 25

After winning a pro clubs promotion match, after viewing player ratings all of the hud disappears and then seconds later a pop up displays that “there was a problem”. Then on return to the clubs lobby it says the win wasn’t registered. This has happened many times over months and still hasn’t been fixed
