hi, i ran into the same problem! only i'm on the last build before the general reset, i finished the same icons and i was kicked out of ut and i didn't get my pack and the player wasn't in the club and the build was reset.
i've been waiting for a week, today i talked to EA in the chat, they are solving the problem, they said they'll come back in another week, though if it drags on for a few more weeks it won't be very relevant compared to the content
Thank you so much for vouching this issue, I was super mad when it happens.
The EA Help can't help with in game content so they're relying on the community managers as well.
As time past, not just it wont be relevant. The fodders are wasted too.
Hopefully the community manager notices this and solve the issue.
I also hope that a stupid bot sent me back here to the forum, and here they sent me back to ea support, a vicious circle :D in the end I wrote and wrote and wrote to them and a chat opened where I contacted a real person, I hope they will help
