Completed a Base Icon Upgrade SBC but I don't get the pack. (FC25 - STEAMPC)

Yesterday, I've completed my SBC for Base Icon Upgrade but I didn't get the base icon pack. I've contacted EA Help and they've asked me to wait for 24 hours since they say it could be a system relat...

Thank you so much for vouching this issue, I was super mad when it happens.

The EA Help can't help with in game content so they're relying on the community managers as well.

As time past, not just it wont be relevant. The fodders are wasted too.

Hopefully the community manager notices this and solve the issue.

I also hope that a stupid bot sent me back here to the forum, and here they sent me back to ea support, a vicious circle :D in the end I wrote and wrote and wrote to them and a chat opened where I contacted a real person, I hope they will help
