Completed a Base Icon Upgrade SBC but I don't get the pack. (FC25 - STEAMPC)

Yesterday, I've completed my SBC for Base Icon Upgrade but I didn't get the base icon pack.

I've contacted EA Help and they've asked me to wait for 24 hours since they say it could be a system related issue.

Now it's past 24 hours and I still get no proper update from them except for "there's some technical difficulties" and need to wait for another 5-6 hours.

To show the timeline on what I did and what I get:

I've done 3/4 of the SBC with no issue (I get the rewards):

- 88 rated team

- 87 rated team

- 86 rated team

But once I've completed the last one to achieve the whole SBC reward, I didn't get the rewards.

- 85 rated team

- group reward (base icon pack)

The game even reset the SBC as a whole and minus one the repeatable. Meaning the game counted it. (As shown in the attached file)

Is there anyone here who can help me?

tl;dr - I want my Base Icon Player Pack and Small Prime Electrum Players Pack.

edit: contacted the support again. Apparently this case has been escalated to the "game team". No idea when will I get another update.

    @heatkai Hi, try to look for it in the FC Companion app on your phone, I just had the same issue on PS, the pack is not in the game but it is in the app

    @htykkf Hi, I've checked the companion app after I saw the error occurred. It is not like the usual/common bug. The reported bug happens like this: the game just doesn't give you the packs after SBC completion as I've explained in the first post. Funny how even the community manager choose to ignore this. I'm still waiting for my base icon pack.

    New year, same old EA.

    Hey folks,

    we are unable to check any pack opening history or other account info via the forums. There haven't been many new recent reports about missing SBC rewards either.

    So, the best way would be to indeed contact our EA support and an advisor can then investigate what SBC has been completed at a certain time and if any rewards are missing.

    Like htykkf mentioned, it could also be related to a display limit in the game if you are currently having lots of unopened packs saving up for TOTY. But you should still find all your packs on the Companion App.

    Hey @EA_Vendcera ,

    If there is no issue on our side, there won't be a post in the first place after all.

    I've come here after EA support themselves asked me to reach out in the forum. (After like 3-4 tickets)
    They said that they don't have any access on "in-game related" issue.

    1. I don't get the pack for more than a month now. The EA support said I got the pack already per system recorded but no. Not even in companion.

    2. I don't keep packs. I open all of it because it is still considered as early game last month. So the display limit is false. I know how many is the limit because I've played FC24 too.

    - Doesn't mean you should take this post lightly just because there is no recent reports, and plus, my post is 1 month old post.

    - There is like 3-4 people upvoting this issue would you say its better to post multiple times and duplicate the issue in the forum to get all of you CM's attention?

    We're just waiting for your response and here you are.

    Angry yes, Disappointed more.
