Connetion ,matchmaking issues in Clubs game mode, it's been 3 weeks now

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? when 11 players vs 11 players in clubs game mode, friendly match, season match, two of game mode's matchmaking keeps stuck in uniform select menu, sometimes if the match goes on to kickoff, some of players even go invisible to oppenent side.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. sometimes if the match goes on to kickoff, some of players even go invisible to oppenent side. 2. matchmaking keeps stuck in uniform select menu 3. some of players cannot or require 2~5 minutes to even connect to clubs main menu & line-up menu
What should be happening instead? none of those should occur.

when 11 players vs 11 players in clubs game mode's, friendly match, season match,

when playing

1. two of game mode's matchmaking keeps stuck in uniform select menu,

2. sometimes if the match goes on to kickoff, some of players even go invisible to oppenent side.

3. some of players cannot or require 2~5 minutes to even connect to clubs main menu & line-up menu

it's been 3 week that these problem since occured.
