Contract negotiation FC25. Player can't be swapped or put on transfer list.

I have encountered a very annoying bug in FC25.

after negotionating a deal to buy Richarlison (striker) in instantly negotiated his contract and sealed the deal.

When i got to the main menu it Central Menu, it said i need to negotiate Richarlisons contract. The player was already part of my team since i sealed the deal before the trade deadline ended.

Since then, i've played many matches with him but the message about the contract remains.

This is not my big issue. the issue is that according to the game it didn't fully register that he joined my team and therefore, if i try a swap deal, i can't select him. Nor can i put him on the transfer list...

Please tell me what to do if anyone has encountered this.
