Controller input wrong

I tried connecting the controller to the game and all the controls are messed up e.g. X, square, circle and triangle don't do the regular inputs. X isn't even for selecting an option. For some reason...

    I FIXED IT, for all steam ps4 controller users all i did was disable steam input and run both steam and ea launcher as administrator

its weird for me to. when i click x it goes left, square is right, o is down and triangle is up i think, its so weird

    Guys try to disable your controler if your playing on steam it worked out for me in order to do so:

    1. I went to steam---> settings ------> controller ----> Disable the steam input for xbox controllers. If that doesent work, go to the Desktop layout in the controller window and disable it there. Now the controller only works as a controller and not as controller + keyboard

      Hope it works for yall guys
