Controller not working in any online game mode in FC 25

i have this same problem as you the only way i fixed it is by deleting the game and dowloading it again but not verry effective because it works untill you close the game. so as soon i turned off the game and turn it on back again the same problem happens. so if anyone knows how to fix i would be verry happy. PLEASE
