I recommend checking your gamepad in another game. If it will do the same thing in another game, then there is a problem with the gamepad. The potentiometer that controls the sticks may be frayed and stuck in one position. That's why the menu jumps around...
@Matej1551 and this thing effect in game too it's almost impossible to play with because the player runs foward because he the game not feel the controller
I'm having same issue, in menu and in game last time it showed me keyboard from fifa on screen and had big black rectangle frozen i had to restart pc.
