CPU players don't engage the player with the ball

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series X
Please specify your platform model. Microsoft Xbox Series X
What is your Gamertag/PSN ID/Switch ID? samuel666pl
Which mode has this happened in? Kick off
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play game - World class -simulation mode/ classic slider / custom
What happens when the bug occurs? CPU(AI) don't engage the player with the ball, they let them walk in the box without making body contact or taking on a duel. In midfield as well. Cpu is way too passive.
What should be happening instead? CPU defenders should force the player with the ball to pass it or to dribble

Come on, as customers we pay 70$ for this game. Don't give up mate 🤔

  • God bless you brother, This issue plus the midfielders not tracking back is the biggest problem in this game. we won't give up maybe they fix it its worth it.

  • Take a look at title update 3, they did not mention about this bug...damn it :/

  • Yeah I only play career mode and on World Class difficulty.

The defensive AI are ridiculously strong when playing against the computer but completely useless for your own team.

I've actually had one center in the pair of two move out of the way of a CPU attacker running into the box to create a huge gap between the two CBs and leaving the goal wide open.

That second clip the OP posted really just exemplifies it. Attacker just standing wide open between the two CBs who are just standing there passively, not making any attempt to close him down or block the pass.
