Created players not showing up in Career mode

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So for those that 'create a team' you cant add created players, because the only way you could do it in the past was to transfer them to 'Free agents' then buy them. Now you have 3 'Free agent' pots ?? of which the only one you can put them in is 'Free agent Manager' (WTF is that), and you can move it out cos it tells you there is not enough Outfield players in that team ??! Nor can you locate the player via scouting in Career mode!
