Didn't Receive Rewards After Completing Season Pass Levels

what I also noticed is that while reaching lvl 1 in the new season 2 centurion I didn't get my 2 75+ players pack in the shop, maybe this applies for others as well.

@all please don't obtain the rewards from the season pass yet as it might have issues as well

I'm in the same boat, I know the pass for this season isn't particularly good but we should still receive (the poor) rewards that we earn?

in addition to the season being complete garbage, you still finish stages and they don't pay out the rewards.
Can't this company do anything right? What a bunch of incompetents...

Somethings wrong with the new season 2 pass. I have achieved 2100 XP, it showed 2650 earlier today. 
Anyways, I claim a pack in the first bundle, and has claim the 78+ pack from 2000 XP as well, but I didn't get the rewards. 

Went on this morning and played a few games, including the FC Coaching ones and accumulated 3100 sp. Went in and claimed first 3 Season 2 ladder rewards, but they're not appearing in the Store.

I just completed Level 1 of the Season 2 rewards, and selected the 75+x2 player pack and it was not added to my store. I exited UT and went back in, still not there.

This is the third Seasonal Level reward that I have been screwed out of so far in FC25.... 

I've never had an issue with rewards until this game.... but then again I haven't had many of the issues that I've been having until this game. Thanks EA.

Thank you all for reporting this issue about completing Season Pass Level rewards. I've passed on the information to the game teams, and we are investigating the cause of this. I'll update you if I know more.
