Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Disconnected thrice in a row on fut champs.. While connection working on all my home devices including ps5. Got a "server unavailable/error" type of error screen too, but got counted as 3 losses with penalty for disconnecting while this is clearly a server issue ?
What happens when the bug occurs? Was different each time. 2 times i was directly disconnected from the game just cutting off and finishing with the loss with penalty screen for disconnecting. The other time the opponent went completely afk i continued playing the game & won, but in the end the game got completely stuck just after finishing. When i come back to ea fc i get a loss with penalty for disconnecting message...
What should be happening instead?
