DISCONNECTING 90% OF THE TIME BEFORE EVEN LOADING INTO ULTIMATE TEAM MATCH

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a match on any game mode on ultimate team (NOT RUSH) whether it be rivals, champions or DRAFT. The game will most likely freeze for a second or two and proceed to show the lineup of the opposition team, however it will display the error message “you have lost your connection to your opponent”.
What happens when the bug occurs? After searching for a match in ultimate team mainly rivals and champions, before the match it will freeze while showing the opponent’s lineup for a few seconds. Then unfreeze and continue to show the lineup. Suddenly, before even starting the match it will show the error message “you have lost your connection to your opponent” and take me back to the ultimate team screen.This happens almost every game! I have re-downloaded the game and still have the same problem. My internet connection is fine and I have never had this issue in previous FIFAs.
What should be happening instead? I should be playing ultimate team stress-free without any freezing especially with a good stable wired internet connection. It is unfair to pay to not be able to play comfortably.
This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, I am extremely unhappy with my experience so far!
