Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away? Lag and disconnects are going to be far more common with a wireless connection.

Make sure you power cycle with these steps after switching to a wire: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, let me know when exactly you're disconnecting. Is it mid-match or when a game completes?
@LiorMadav Hey im from pc I have had this problem from ea fc 24 my connection is wired and it's really annoying I cant play rivals or futchamps. As it tried to load the screen freezes and then it says :''You lost your connection to your opponent.We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost.'' Please check it out because it ruins the game for me
