I usually play with cable directly to the router but that doesn’t work, when I plug it out i also get kicked. I found it that it works better with cable than without but I don’t really think it is related cause it happens randomly

Community ManagerAre you saying when you use a wired connection, there are less disconnects than when you're on a wireless connection? If so, that sounds like an issue with your home network or ISP. It would be good to contact their support for assistance if the troubleshooting steps here are not helping.
I could play 5/10 with wired, without I got to play 4/10 so I think it’s random and based on my luck or something with the ea servers

There's nothing built into the game that causes "luck" with your connection. Something is causing you to disconnect. It's possible you have packet loss. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
I'm leaving for the day in about 20 minutes. It's possible I won't be able to respond until tomorrow. It would be good to contact your ISP to have them check for any issues.
