In around 99 percent of online games I get an error with the message 'lost connection to opponent' as soon as I skip the intro cutscene. I can tell when it's going to happen because myself and my opponent have arsenal badges and kits. My pc is more than capable of running the game, I have tried power cycling all of my equipment, I have cleared the cache I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game. It's not down to my internet connection either. I have no idea what else to do

It's driving me nuts. cant find a fix that works. I opened a case with ea about it and they emailed me saying the problem was fixed and unsurprisingly absolutely nothing changed, still having the issues. fantastic company

No I haven’t I created a case and EA said that they resolved the problem for me but I’m still getting disconnected most matches
