Hey @IchiikaX Please reset the existing settings by deleting the settings file from this location and let me know how that works:

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder, so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)

No worries. This will not delete anything by the settings, and your Ultimate Team progress is saved online on our servers, so it cannot be deleted.

@veronvila Have you tried to delete your settings from the console ( including cloud) to see if that helps?

@MattDobo96 Are you playing on a PC? You can move the entire FC 25 folder from the location mentioned above to fully reset your game. Send me your DxDiag if you need more help.

Hey Pulsar,

I moved C:\Users\myuser\AppData\Local\"EA SPORTS FC 25" folder and it created a new one upon next load. I repaired the game via EA app too. However, FUT still crashes. Please assist

Platform: PC (EA App launched through XBOX App)

P.S. I am 2200 away from Traore in the season and I need to play a few matches in FUT for objectives...

@EA_Pulsar I have this problem now, I have the game through Steam and cannot find the file that was mentioned by you.
There is no way I can get this game worlking at the moment, please assist me.
