EA FC 25 CRASHES WHILE PLAYING ULTIMATE TEAM

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know but it happend randomly
What happens when the bug occurs? the game crash and close. and when i reopen it show that I DNF
What should be happening instead?

Please solve my problem it impact me and make me nervous and make me lose matches even when I'm winning and make me lose rewards. It happend on all modes on ultimate team squad battle, rivals and champion

Playing on PC EAFC 25 just crashes about 20-50% of the time. No error or nothing just closes the game and right back to the EA app. Lost a game in squad battles last week bc of crashing while I was winning like 3-0 and lost out on Elite 2 and only got 1 Mastery Token. Please fix the crashes on PC

I’ve had issues attempting to play Ultimate Team the last two days.
I received error message, “Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment.” After deleting my saved data and install of the game twice, I was finally able to load into ultimate team, but now anything I do inside of ultimate team is crashing. Can’t play, view objectives, view store, go to transfers, or anything. If I exit out of ultimate team and go back it just shows the loading screen forever until eventually going back to “Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. Returning to Main Menu”

Same! Happened just now! PS5. EA FIX YOUR CRAP SO WE CAN HAVE MEDIORE FUN AGAIN.

hi,
it's not your PC's fault, it also happens on xbox & PS, so it's how the game is programmed.
it's sad EA doesn't do * about it.
