Hello,
recently it is impossible to play EAFC25 on my PC, it worked fine from the beggining now almost every game it crashes at some point in the game. It is impossible to play rivals as it crashes you don't get a lose but if you win a few games in a row then you lose the x2 progression.
What could be the issue?

same problem, games unplayable in rivals or champs, gave up with champs this weekend got kicked out of 5 games in a row, all DNF, and tonight its happened 3 times, all drivers and updates up to date, I've repaired the game as well still no difference, literally unplayable, dxDiag attached
UPDATE:
-so i went through the suggestions that you posted, got till the repair game point, did that. And now it works ok, and i also watch to not have unneccesary programs open.
I suspect that it crashed always when i had Bambu Studio open (its a 3d printing program), so that could also be the issue.
So after all this yesterday and today everything seems to be working fine, i dont know exactly what did the trick.

@FuryOfTheFalcon, DNF usually occurs due to disconnection. That's a different issue. Have you tried any steps for connectivity issues?
@EA_Pulsar I've tried everything, I'm now hard wired in, still happening, its only on eafc none of my other games have this issue playing online

After trying everything and almost losing hope with the constant crashes in FC 25 on PC (whether it’s a DirectX error or no error message at all), I finally found a simple solution that worked for me.
The fix is to disable startup programs, especially Windows Defender, which seems to conflict with EA's anti-cheat system (and other games like CS2).
Here’s what you need to do:
Since doing this, the game has been running smoothly with no crashes. Don't forget to restart your PC after making these changes to apply them properly.
