I can't play fc 25 i start the game but then it is stoped and drop me back to the ea app and nothing helps

After installing the End Game DLC, the game won't load. I have a black screen, the blue square "loading" flashes on the bottom right and I only hear sounds but the map does not want to load. Can anyone advise what to do with it?

I have the exact same problem since last week. I did not change any settings in the game, nor did I change anything on my PC. The game is launching, I can see the green triangle in the bottom center screen logo, but the screen stays black. I do hear "EA Sports", it even seems that I can navigate the menu (because I hear the sound), but I don't see anything. Screen stays black.
