EA FC 25 Issues in Ultimate team. Un-responsive players and rush mode crashes.

I have two big issues in the game, I only play ultimate team so I am not sure if it pertains to seasons, pro clubs, etc. as well but I would imagine that there is a high chance that it does.

As I note I am on Play Station 4.

Issue 1:
When trying to play any rush mode, after selecting my player I want to use and the team readies up and the search for a component begins everything goes smoothly, once it switches to the loading screen it goes black then a few seconds later the game crashes and I have to re-open the game. This was not an issue until I changed the camera angle, whether it is related or not I am not sure but it happened the next match I played after changing the camera angle and does it every single time now. This makes it impossible to work on completing the season rewards since a lot of points are earned from Rush which I am not able to play. Please resolve this.

Issue 2:

This is not as big of an issue but it still is annoying and happens every game.

It appears that randomly during a match on ultimate team (doesnt matter if rivals, champs, etc) a grey box will appear on my screen and my players will become on responsive now matter what I press, this will last for a few seconds then go away. I feel like I notice this most whenever I try to take a power shot, or chip pass (so maybe L1 has something to do with it) but it has happened other times as well.
